All sales are final. Due to the nature that all products are custom-made to order we do not accept returns on fully made mums. We understand break-ups happen. Please get in touch with us by phone ASAP, we will try to work with you!

RUSH  FEE: We do not charge a rush fee, if we have time to make you mum we will, if not we just won't take the order. Please check our availability calendar.

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards. No checks.

Payment plans are 50% (non-refundable) due at the time of order, with the balance due two weeks prior to Homecoming.
